Derek showed up within a day or two of calling and provided a reasonable and detailed quote, and while it took a couple of weeks to get schedules lined up Jason did a great job of staying in touch to keep me in the loop. Fidel, who did the actual work, was truly a pleasure to work with, did fantastic work, and was upfront about the small things he needed to grab from the hardware store to finish up. They were great about making sure everything was completed to my liking before having me sign off on the project.
