My experience with ServPro has been amazing. I had a tree come down in my back yard and smash into my deck, , fence, my roof and messed up my aluminum siding. Brandon was out first thing in the morning and right away helped put me at ease. My anxiety was palpable and Brandon reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Including communicating and negotiating with my insurance company as needed. Brandon has done everything he promised and probably more. His communication on the progress and expectations has been excellent. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely supportive, polite and courteous. So far, they’ve taken care of every aspect of the repairs. Leaving no project untouched. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Honestly the best experience I could have had as far as a basement flooding. We have a fairly large building that flooded up to 6 inches- thousands of gallons of water. The crew came in quickly, despite all of Milwaukee flooding. They managed to make me feel like I was the only one experiencing this with how prompt and responsive they were. I truly appreciate it!
