.I highly recommend these guys. Joe was very straightforward no nonsense attitude plus very knowledgeable explaining about the products that the company sells. I was a little skeptical because I was looking for a good reputable company on the internet to replace my roof. I looked up at least 15 companies but felt confident going with Absolute Restorations. They have good reviews and did an amazing job, fair pricing! Just awesome all the way around! Even the owner of the company Josh stopped by to check out his employees work. If you're on the fence I highly recommend Absolute Restoration. My family has had two exceptional experiences with them. My Mother's house had obvious storm damage, as you would expect from an insurance company they denied my 86 year old Mother's claim .... I discovered Absolute Restoration from their televised add and they lived up to their to their word, they inspected the roof took pictures and documented the damage... They took that information and worked with her insurance on their own accord to prove the roof was actually damaged by the storm. Mom had her roof repaired minus her deductible as it should have happened per her insurance contract that she has been paying for as we all do for years. My experience was very different. I had a 100% roof replacement done in 2006 rubber roof that was to last 30 to 50 years that didn't happen the contractor broke the kitchen vent pipe (stink pipe) and did not replace it the moisture was venting into the space underneath the roof and above the ceiling, I do not have access to that area because of a 10 degree pitch no room for access point. The rafters and joist were in bad shape a lot of rotten wood they worked with me on the cost and now I have better structure and a brand new roof that my insurance company gave me a discount because of materials used and the quality of the work. Josh, Joe and the crew are fantastic the crew cleaned everything from the yard and driveway. (No flat tire for me).Their good people helping people and if you like to chat they do to... Absolute Restorations did a great job being the advocate with my insurance provider, and with replacing the roof, skylights and gutters on my home. Gerardo was fantastic to work with. He worked with me through the entire project and kept me up to date on all the schedules. Nothing was ever a surprise. That's not true. I was surprised at the aerial photos and video I received from Gerardo that he took with his drone while work was being done. Maybe most importantly, is that Absolute Restorations did what they said they would. Besides replacing everything that was damaged from hail, they were persistent with chasing my insurance provider to get everything damaged paid for. It took a long time to resolve but they did it, with minimal involvement on my part. Just like they said, and I only ended up paying my deductible. I can highly recommend these guys.
