I am so thankful I had ServiceMaster help me with my mold problem in the attic. The project manager was able to work within my buget. The crew also took before and after pictures. I am confident they did a great job and will recommend this company to neighbors and friends.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of having Service Master help me with a significant problem. The most recent was water intrusion from my upstairs neighbor's failed hot water heater. Their whole crew was fantastic. Daily moisture checks gave me confidence that the situation was being remediated correctly. I hope I don't need them again, but I would call them again in a heartbeat. Very grateful for their skill, professionalism, and kindness.

Update after the response from business below: Keeping my rating firmly at one star for the billing mess. Right after I got an updated amount I owe and the remainder to be paid by insurance, the business update still claims they are right. !! Downgraded to one star for a pathetic billing experience. The work from Servicemaster to restore a small leak damage was honestly on the extremes. While their work on tiles and wall were good and timely, their billing, scheduling and coordination is pathetic. There was not a single peaceful week till they finished the work. The people were courteous when they are accessible. There was an incident when their plumber did not check water connection to the appliances and it leaked the same day flooding the floor. Although they were extremely professional to fix it, their program manager tried to charge us more for the clean up until the restoration team intervened. Billing sent the wrong amount and I had to push back multiple times to get the right one. The invoice is still not fixed. I went with them as it was my insurance network. The job was very small but just having to deal with multiple folks at different times of the process was tiresome.
