I had a hot water line start leaking under our guest bathroom, and had a significant amount of insulation, drywall, and sub floor impacted in our crawlspace, bathroom, and kitchen. Jaiden and Albert came by and worked over 12 hours today to try to get things done quickly for us. They were polite, informative, on task, and were very intentional about how things were kept cleaned and organized while everything was having to get dissassembled and moved around. I overheard them talking about making sure we could still use appliances if possible, and making sure they werent leaving tripping hazards for us. Ricardo also joined them later in the evenning to lend another hand. The three of theme coordinated well, and all three of them seem to be hard workers who take pride in doing a good job
TheTotal Restore team took good care of us and the company worked directly with our claims adjuster. Jonathan was exceptionally good. Jonathan even came out at 10pm driving an hour each way for an equipment malfunction. Jonathan’s customer service was amazing.
We were very pleased with Total Restore in all areas. The team was professional, responsive, and thorough in their communication. Anton and his team invested the time, going back and forth with our insurance to ensure that our home was brought back to our pre-flood condition. They do quality work and are great to work with. We highly recommend!
