When our upstairs bathtub plumbing failed, it took our entire bathroom and most of our downstairs kitchen ceiling with it. Having been through insurance-related water damage before, I knew I needed a construction company I could truly trust. Boulder Peak was the sixth company I interviewed—and the last. The moment Moses explained that they work directly with insurance companies, I was sold. He came prepared with an incredibly detailed estimate using the same software insurance adjusters use and fought hard on our behalf, from securing two coats of paint when insurance wanted to cover only one, to submitting change orders to bring our electrical up to code. Moses and Helaina were also fantastic design partners. They guided us through every decision, created multiple 3D renderings, and were endlessly patient when we changed our minds (more than once!). They even designed custom shower glass to accommodate our upgraded bench. The crew’s workmanship was pristine—and that’s saying a lot because I’m very particular. Today, we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. I would 100% recommend Boulder Peak to anyone needing construction work, insurance-related or otherwise.
We had an excellent experience with Boulder Peak Restoration and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home remodel! Helaina was a fantastic project manager, always responsive to our questions and concerns and regularly keeping us updated on progress. We had two trees fall on our home, resulting in structural damage as well as water damage and asbestos exposure. Helaina made things SO MUCH EASIER for us by communicating with our insurance adjustor and ensuring that all the repairs were within our budget and documented in the way we needed to get reimbursed. Boulder Peak truly did it all: - Replaced the entire roof structure - Repainted inside and outside of home - Replaced floors throughout the home - Replaced damaged wall including window - Replaced shower/tub and inspected plumbing for issues - Replaced lighting throughout the home (definitely an upgrade from what we had before!), outlets, light switches - Demolished old shed and built us a new one - Landscaping and fence replacement - And more that I'm probably forgetting I really appreciated how attentive they were to the details. Helaina spent time helping me pick out paint colors for the inside and frequently checking in to make sure all the final items on our checklist were completed. We are so happy to be back in our home thanks to Boulder Peak!
