A pipe burst in the attic over my kitchen in February 2026 from the freezing weather. The entire kitchen had to be stripped down to the studs and rebuilt. From my first phone call to PRS I couldn't have felt more safe and comfortable knowing I had called the right company to do the restoration. Brent Thurston was my project manager and he kept me in the loop the entire process as I asked to be. He is easy to work with, polite and professional. He made a stressful situation roll out like butter. All of their contractors were professional and polite. Cleaned up after they finished and answered all my questions with a smile. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend PRS and if needed would definitely call them again!! Thanks to ALL of you who help put me back together!!! You're the BEST!!

When a leak came through my kitchen ceiling, I was referred to another restoration company. They responded quickly, removed the damaged ceiling, covered my kitchen with protective plastic and containment barriers, and then…disappeared. After weeks of unanswered calls and emails, I was left with a torn-up kitchen and no idea when—or if—the job would ever be finished. My insurance agent recommended Professional Restoration Services, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. Brent came out the very same day, assessed the damage, reviewed the previous estimate, and had a crew scheduled within a week to pick up where the other company left off. From start to finish, everyone at PRS was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The crew repairing and painting my ceiling was highly skilled, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I can’t recommend Professional Restoration Services highly enough. They restored not only my ceiling but also my confidence that there are still companies that truly stand behind their work and their customers.
