A pipe burst in the attic over my kitchen in February 2026 from the freezing weather. The entire kitchen had to be stripped down to the studs and rebuilt. From my first phone call to PRS I couldn't have felt more safe and comfortable knowing I had called the right company to do the restoration. Brent Thurston was my project manager and he kept me in the loop the entire process as I asked to be. He is easy to work with, polite and professional. He made a stressful situation roll out like butter. All of their contractors were professional and polite. Cleaned up after they finished and answered all my questions with a smile. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend PRS and if needed would definitely call them again!! Thanks to ALL of you who help put me back together!!! You're the BEST!!

Our house flooded and we had extensive damage. I interviewed 5 different contractors and reviewed proposals from each of them. Mike was the first I met with and the one I eventually awarded the work to. There were two main reasons I chose PRS. First, Mike had all the basics I expect such as being on time, good communication, clear display of knowledge, and presented a confidence in his abilities. The second reason I selected PRS was because this was a homeowners insurance claim and they are set up to handle every single bit of that for me. All I had to do was pick my floors and paint etc and they literally took care of all the behind the scenes communications and approvals needed. Mike spoke to our agent more than I did! Mike played a critical role in helping us to decide on the right floors. He listened to what we liked and the look we were going for and we brought a bunch of samples home. When I told him that I “liked” all of them but did not “love” any of them yet would be happy with any, like was not good enough for him. He wanted to be sure we loved the new floor and he dropped off a few more samples for us to consider. We ended up choosing one of his suggestions and our floors turned out stunning. We redid our backsplash and again Mike was a part of our choices which also turned out amazing. When I had reservations about a paint color I chose after the first coat went on , he was here within an hour to give guidance. He suggested I go a couple shades darker and once again the finished product was just right. This was the theme from room to room of our project. He knows what he is doing, what looks good together, and he thinks about it all logically so that things flow and make sense. Mike has a team of great people that work hard to make all of this happen. Some aspects were subbed out but much was handled in house. Adam is Mike’s assistant and was in and out of here throughout the process. Jeremiah and Sam were our painters. Lane did some of the trim work and carpentry items. All of these guys were professional and very kind…and the theme of wanting to be sure we were happy and “loved” our selections just as present with them as it was with Mike. Listen, having your house flood and having to go through this isn’t exactly fun. Having people in and out of your house constantly and your whole routine upended is not enjoyable either. Having Mike and his team in charge made it as painless as I think it possibly could have been and we could not be more pleased with the finished product. When Mike tells you that he has been doing this for 24+ years and he knows what he is doing…when he says he is easy to get along with…when he explains his process of building a schedule that is realistic and that he can stick to…when he states that at the end of the day he wants you to be happy and that he and his team will do whatever it takes to that end…it is all true. Every bit of it. I can recommend PRS without any hesitation. They did everything they promised to do and did it well and on time. Our job was a water damage situation but they do all types of remodeling.

Ours was not a restoration but rather a remodel. We had all kinds of wild ideas about taking out parts of walls, moving doors, etc. Nate and the team helped us turn all those crazy ideas into an absolutely beautiful result. Instead of the 50 year old ugly dysfunctional bathroom we now have a showpiece. All of the team from PRS as well as the subcontractors were extremely professional. They were very friendly and took great care when working. Some even befriended the extremely annoying furry bark machines. We have more projects like this to do, and PRS is the only contractor we will use.
