We had a washing machine overflow and cause considerable water damage to our kitchen floor as well as carpet in living room and walls. I originally reached out to a restoration company who were ready to tear everything apart and made it seem like the end of the world. I didn’t find the approach comforting so I did some research online and came across Steamatic. The owner Abhi picked up my call and was very reassuring in his process. He came out himself with his team later that afternoon and they immediately came up with an action plan. Their approach was comforting and he made sure to listen to our concerns without just saying we need to tear everything apart like the first company. Simon, Omar and Daniel are all great guys and were great to work with. They had our home dry in just a few days and they made working with the insurance company very easy. Not only that but they recommended a contractor that has been great to work with thus far and has taken away the burden of having to find one ourselves.
