Our experience with DRYmedic Restoration Services started in the midst of the worst time possible as our home was on the market with the buyer’s inspection the same day as reconstruction began. We had just replaced a 3-ton unit and a simple water drain connection was loose causing water to run down the wall with significant damage. The HVAC company took responsibility and sent DRYmedic to the rescue. Jeff, Dennis, and their team were OUTSTANDING!!! They helped us maintain the confidence of the buyer and made everything look as NOTHING had happened. True professionals as they were meticulous in every detail: maintaining a spotless worksite, respecting our home and and very sensitive to the predicament we found nd ourselves in. If there were 10 stars, DRYmedic would be in a room by themselves!

Their customer service was 10 stars, at a minimum. My family cannot thank you enough for bringing our home to where it is today. The complete remodel of our bathrooms was efficient and top notch at a great price, and rob and joe made sure we were well taken care of and informed at each phase of the renovation.
