Superb service! Our large area rug was in need of cleaning after three years of vacuuming only. They don't just clean it on site and leave. They took it to their warehouse so the rug can dry properly and not effect the floors in my home. They did a second cleaning on it when they weren't happy after their first pass. I so appreciate the commitment to serving customers and quality of work.
I contacted Voda after a Memorial Day weekend emergency call to my HVAC company. My primary drain line for the HVAC had burst and leaked water in the attic. We noticed it once we saw the water stain developing on the ceiling. Paul came out the same day I called to assess the damage. Paul checked everything with his equipment and gave me options. The damage seemed small to us however we were concerned of mold. Paul was very patient and informative. He gave us advice to dry it out and then came back to reassess a couple days later. He checked everything again and told us it had dried out and to keep an eye on it for changes and we could reassess then and open up the ceiling. I really appreciate that he didn’t rush to smash through walls and make a bigger mess if it wasn’t necessary. I have contacted other companies in the past that show up with a crew ready to rip stuff out right away. Paul gave us good advice and we felt we could trust him. Highly recommend Voda if you ever need their services!
