Sapphire Restoration LLCSmoke Damage Restoration in San Antonio, TX

I cannot recommend Yeshiah and Sapphire Restoration highly enough. I called him out of the blue after a leak damaged part of my garage ceiling, and he came to my house within hours. He carefully inspected the damage and reassured me that I had dodged a bullet and was doing the right thing by using fans to dry the affected area. He explained that we might need to cut a small section of drywall to dry behind it, but instead of recommending unnecessary work, he suggested waiting three days and checking the moisture levels again. He returned as promised, took new readings, and confirmed that everything had dried properly and no additional work was needed. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could easily have recommended expensive and unnecessary work, but he gave me a straightforward assessment and put my interests first, instead of ripping me off. Yeshiah is responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely interested in helping people. That kind of integrity is rare, very rare! If I ever need restoration work in the future, Sapphire Restoration will definitely be my first call.

I am extremely satisfied with Yeshiah from Sapphire Restoration. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process and answered all my questions which gave me piece of mind. What really stood out was his attention to detail and safety. He was respectful of my home and made sure everything was done the right way. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I truly appreciate his honesty, reliability and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing remediation.

The water and mold restoration services that I received from Sapphire Restoration was truly outstanding. To begin with, he gave me a military discount, which was more than I expected. In addition to this Mr. Yesiah, owner, gave me the name of companies that were necessary to complete the restoration (e.g., air conditioning, lawyer, public adjuster). Throughout the entire process his employees were always polite and were professional in all of our interactions. Mr. Yesiah ensured that all of the post-protocol inspection requirements were exceeded.
