A great company with even better employees! We were out of town and came home on a Wednesday afternoon around 5:30 PM to a house completely flooded due to a failed appliance. After attempting to clean up the issue ourselves, we realized we needed a mitigation team to solve our problems. I instantly jumped online and started contacting companies. DryMedic, specifically Ned and Ceressa, was the only company that actually answered my call, and Ned was at our house within an hour of reaching out to them, even though it was probably 6:30PM at this point. DRYMedic was not only quick and efficient in its clean-up services. They also guided my wife and me through the whole insurance process, move-out, and how to proceed over the two-month repair. Ned and his team truly helped us out in our time of need. They were honest, timely, and efficient in their services. I would highly recommend DRYMedic to anyone needing water mitigation or restoration work.
