He went to bat for us at every turn. They set expectations from day one with a four-month estimate, and they hit it. Through all of it, the communication was constant and the experience was genuine. We trusted them in our home while we were 1500 miles away, and they earned that trust completely. I agree with all the 5 star reviews - Ned and his team are A+++. We had a pipe break in a kitchen wall flooding the entire main level in late January. Ned helped us from start to finish with 100% excellence - extremely knowledgeable on water clean up, restoration and remodeling. He is extremely responsive and has the knowledge it takes in handing insurance claims appropriately. Ned and his team took care of all the water damage and helped to renovate our kitchen and floors putting it all back together. He kept me up-to-date on the status of the project almost daily. You could tell he really wants his end product and customer experience to be top notch. His team is excellent and I highly recommend him for any water emergency you may have!
