Servpro in SW Irving really went above and beyond for us! A tenant moved out and trashed the property, leaving us with a house full of junk, a fridge and pantry full of rotten and spoiled food, dirty dishes, trash everywhere, and the worst roach infestation I have ever seen. It was so disgusting! The team at Servpro jumped in quickly and spend three hard days mucking out the house, and when they left, the place was spotless. At one point, they had to call in their hazmat specialist to remediate a particular area, and it was included in the price. It took an overflowing construction dumpster to clear out the house, that's how much junk these tenants left us with. The Servpro staff were friendly and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day and stayed until the job was complete. They were not the cheapest place we called, but by far they have the best and most complete service. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I was already asleep when my mom woke me up and told me she heard a loud noise inside the house, I went to the garage, and my car was on fire. She called 911, and the firefighters came 15 min after, but most of the house got burned, and the roof fell. SERVPRO of Southwest Irving came within 30 min, and it didn't matter; it was almost 11 pm. They assured me they would secure the space until their workers came the next day. They had to wait until 3 am after the firefighter's inspection to board up the garage, and in the morning, they were there by 9 am. They were comprehensive and very empathic.

WOW!! What a team. From the moment I called and spoke with Trish. Whom sent me straight to the operations manager, Joe. We were handled with speed and professionalism. Joe sent out 2 service men by the names of Vincente and Arqui. Was followed up daily by Bailey. Brandon also was a huge help in the success of getting ALL the water up drop a toilet that had overflowed for many hours. A HUGE high five from your Team of excellence.
