⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Voda Cleaning & Restoration 10 stars, I WOULD! First of all, this company literally answered my phone call at 2:30 in the morning after my bathtub water handle broke off and water started coming in like the Titanic! 😩😂 My bathroom floor and vanity area were flooding FAST, and the water was already making its way into the rest of my bedroom. TOM ANSWERED! 😂🙌 He was so calm and immediately walked me through what I needed to do, including shutting off the main water valve. A few hours later, their team was at my home assessing the damage and figuring out what needed to be done. From beginning to end, Voda Cleaning & Restoration was beyond professional. They were always prompt, communicated their ETAs, worked around my work schedule, and their entire staff was absolutely amazing. And the work that Halston, Mike and his team did went far beyond what I ever expected from a restoration company. They handled everything from the mold remediation and asbestos work to the actual restoration of my home, including new flooring, new bathtub tile, a beautiful new quartz vanity, and so much more. I am STILL IN AWE of how everything turned out! 😍 They did such an amazing job. If you're looking for a restoration company, PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER. Put your trust in this company. As an insurance agency owner, I very rarely will publicly promote a service company. I have remediation companies like Voda stop by the office all the time and my admin assist will run interference but for some reason I decided to take the impromptu meeting with Tom. I can't tell you how happy I am that I took the meeting because just a couple of months later, my toilet tank broke in the middle of the night and flooded my master bedroom, bathroom, closet and a guest room and closet. It was a nightmare! I immediately called a local company and a big name company and neither could come out. Then I remembered Tom. He and his team were out within an hour and got to work cleaning up the water. There are just no words to describe how pleasant and professional Tom, Halston, and their team were. Voda responded quickly to our call for help. We experienced a water event that flooded our MBR bath and closet as well as our kitchen. Voda responded quickly with fans and dehumidifiers. After drying they removed damaged drywall and flooring as well as the kitchen ceiling. The Voda people were experienced, professional and respectful of our home.
