Overall, I appreciate their effort and responsiveness during a stressful situation I want to recognize Ender Leal, Ender Semprum, and Jared from SERVPRO for their professionalism and quick response. They showed up when needed, communicated well, and completed the work they were tasked to do efficiently. I appreciated their attention to the situation and the way they handled the process from start to finish. .

I had a great experience working with Leal, Ender Semprum, and Gerso. They helped with the mitigation process and everything that needed to be submitted to our insurance company. Throughout the entire process, they were very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain each step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening. Their guidance and attention to detail helped make a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We noticed we had a slow leak and called servepro immediately. Jared responded and he was very good..came out and gave us the quote and started the work on getting it dry the next day and had the blowers in for 4 days and sent the guys to remove the plastic and upon removing they stripped all my columns that they had taped up, but I was assured by the guys that when the guys who will come to do the repairs will fix those while doing the other work so I was not worried and Jared told me restoration will contact me by two days, after 4 days I decided to ask for his information since he didn't call me...got the information and called Todd and he said he'll be out tomorrow which he did and after checking everything he said I'll be in touch in two days... Well two days lasted a week so I kept calling and calling and leaving messages for Todd and nada nothing at all until I told the customer service I will have to get someone else to do the work because Todd was MIA. I made sure the person did two separate work to seal the hole which is my responsibility and painted all the columns which Servpro workers messed up and sent the bill and Todd kept saying that he will send It to some other department for payment. But I assure you I will be writing reviews until I'm refunded for the problem they did and Todd knew of it.
