From the moment Melvin arrived at my house, he immediately made me feel at ease during what was a very devastating situation for me. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and made sure I understood what would happen when the team arrived the next morning. When Melvin and Elbi showed up, they were extremely polite and professional. They explained everything they were going to do step by step and made sure to ask questions along the way if they needed clarification. I truly appreciated how respectful and thorough they were throughout the whole process. I sincerely hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I ever did, I would absolutely recommend them 100%.

Called in the middle of the night to get an emergency roof replacement for a mobile home as they said 24/7 care, got transferred to emergency response, was waiting for a person for the better part of 5 minutes and then somebody who was very quiet came on, spoke a bunch of Spanish and then hung up on me. These people falsely advertise, and they are not here to help you. Do not go with them.
