Stanley Restoration, L.L.C.Smoke Damage Restoration in Cedar Hill, TX

Everyone at Stanley has done a great job helping me with my ongoing restoration after a water leak. They have been quick, and upfront every step of the way and through each setback. Richard was able to come out the same day and setup everything for water mitigation. Preston has been doing a great job coordinating the project as well. Many thanks to everyone who has been working on my home .

Richard arrived at our door within 90 minutes of my phone call to Stanley Restoration that we had water damage due to a malfunctioning bidet. He was extremely thorough. He explained how the water had traveled to other rooms and detailed the specific steps they would take to prevent mold. After the Initial installation of fans and dehumidifiers, Richard followed up on two separate occasions to check the progress of the drying. He was always on time, detailed and thorough in his explanations and a pleasure to work with despite the circumstances.

They did a really professional job on my pack out and move back. They arrived on time, were careful with my possessions and even sent a clean up crew to clean my house after the move back. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s had an asbestos abatement claim or smoke damage due to a fire or water damage due to a leak. Josh, Eric and Jose were great! David Coughlin was knowledgeable and a real people person who allayed my concerns.
