The furniture was thoroughly protected to minimize dust, and Aly was able to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Michael Lowrance and team helped make one of the worst weeks of our life a little bit better. Our home flooded 3 days before we were set to sell it. What really stood out was their follow-through—they came back daily to monitor the progress and made sure everything was drying properly. After just three days, all equipment was removed and everything was back to normal. Professional, responsive, and thorough.
