I would also like to thank Jose S. and Jose M. for managing the equipment setup and monitoring over several days, as well as for capturing the photos and measurements needed for the detailed damage report. Thank you to Aly, Chris, and AJ for completing the demolition work efficiently and with care. The furniture was thoroughly protected to minimize dust, and Aly was able to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Lastly, I appreciate that every team member communicated their arrival times clearly and reliably.
Michael undoubtedly helped make the best of a bad situation. His patience in explaining the process and friendliness was much appreciated. On top of being very good at his job and getting our carpet thoroughly dried out, Michael was also very courteous and polite when communicating with my elderly mother. If we’re ever in the unfortunate situation of needing ServPro again, we’ll definitely use this location again and ask for Michael.
