Excellent rapid response, prompt communication and updates. Skilled crews handled a variety of damages from the Jan. 2026 ice storm--including electrical service entrance and soffit repairs, removal of large tree branches blocking the entire front of our home and also in our backyard, water removal and mold inspection and insulation replacement from a leaking HVAC pipe, replacement of roof shingles, gutters, and sections of a damaged metal fence. Very pleased with all aspects of this team. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Communication has been nearly nonexistent—I’ve had to call, text, and email multiple times just to get a response. When I asked why there had been no timely communication, I was met with nothing but excuses. On the occasions when they did show up to our scheduled appointments—appointments I took time off work for—they were consistently late. I don’t mean a few minutes late either. They were HOURS late. The quality of workmanship has been unacceptable. Despite multiple return visits to correct their subpar repairs, the issues remain unresolved. We had flooring replaced in our kitchen, but only part of the agreed-upon area was completed. To make matters worse, the crew took the remaining flooring materials with them. I notified the company immediately, pointing out both the mismatch in flooring and the fact that materials were taken. They claimed they would contact the workers to have the materials returned, but this never happened. There are visible gaps where the flooring doesn’t sit flush against the walls or cabinets. The quarter round doesn’t even cover the gaps. The toekick and baseboards were never reinstalled. Under the fridges, they left two pieces of the old flooring. The floor creaks and shifts when walked on. They were supposed to continue the flooring into the dining room, but you can clearly see where the mismatched material ends. We are now working with a mediator between ERT and our insurance company to address the ongoing problems. Unfortunately, the company misrepresented the situation to the mediator, falsely stating that only a few pieces of flooring were taken. In my experience, this company has been consistently dishonest and unprofessional. The photos will speak for themselves. I strongly recommend choosing a company that values integrity and quality workmanship. This company is not that.

ERT met all our expectations following a weather-related water damage repair. Sam with the remediation group was fantastic and conveyed information accurately and timely to Nathan Howard the restoration project manager. Nathan was professional, timely, and responsive at all times to meet the requested repair timeline. Highly recommend ERT, Nathan and Sam should you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation needing remediation and restoration repairs!
