This is the second time we have had to use ServiceMaster in the past 3 years. The first was an upstairs washing machine leaking to the downstairs. This time a storm blew off our chimney cap and water leaked into our living room on a Saturday evening. ServiceMaster came out at 10:30 P.M. while it was still raining, thundering and lightening. They got on the roof and covered the chimney to stop the rain. Early the next morning someone was at our house doing the remediation. Before the remediation was completed, someone was already at our house preparing a plan for the reconstruction of the damage. Within a week the damage was being repaired. We asked ServiceMaster to paint a considerable amount of the house that was not damaged. The work has just been completed and it looks AWESOME! Thank you ServiceMaster.
We had a water leak in our hall bathroom which damaged the floor and walls in the bathroom, then seeped under the wall into the den, damaging the flooring and wall. Joseph and Chris were the remediation team that came out and Jason and David were the Project Managers. Jason was very helpful throughout the initial assessment and clearly explained what to expect. He and David both checked in periodically with us to answer questions and worked closely with Joseph and Chris. Joseph and Chris were very efficient, organized, considerate, detail oriented and caring. They took great pride in what they did along the process and took care to explain all they did and why. Joseph was excellent communicating along the way so we would know what to expect for each step and the approximate timeline for the work. Both were great communicators and went to great lengths to decrease the inconvenience the work had on our daily routine. They were careful to consider our cats along the way so the process did not stress them out unduly. I really appreciate this team and highly recommend them and servicemaster for any remediation needs.
My home had a tree fall on it during the winter ice storm. ServiceMaster by Cornerstone was out there ASAP, had a crew remove the tree, tarp the roof, remove all moisture from inside the home and then did all the repairs - which made the room better than new! Jetry McNeill was the project manager that oversaw all the repairs. I highly recommend Jet and ServiceMaster by Cornerstone if you need quick resolution of any disaster!
