This is the second time we have had to use ServiceMaster in the past 3 years. The first was an upstairs washing machine leaking to the downstairs. This time a storm blew off our chimney cap and water leaked into our living room on a Saturday evening. ServiceMaster came out at 10:30 P.M. while it was still raining, thundering and lightening. They got on the roof and covered the chimney to stop the rain. Early the next morning someone was at our house doing the remediation. Before the remediation was completed, someone was already at our house preparing a plan for the reconstruction of the damage. Within a week the damage was being repaired. We asked ServiceMaster to paint a considerable amount of the house that was not damaged. The work has just been completed and it looks AWESOME! Thank you ServiceMaster.

My home had a tree fall on it during the winter ice storm. ServiceMaster by Cornerstone was out there ASAP, had a crew remove the tree, tarp the roof, remove all moisture from inside the home and then did all the repairs - which made the room better than new! Jetry McNeill was the project manager that oversaw all the repairs. I highly recommend Jet and ServiceMaster by Cornerstone if you need quick resolution of any disaster!
