I recently had a toilet leak on the second floor which went down to the basement. ServePro immediately called me even though it was a weekend. In fact, the president of the company called me. He put me in touch with a plumber who came the next day to stop the problem. From there, they came in with their fans and remediation services and ended up having to take out 2 ceilings, 2 floors and gutted a bathroom. The employees were so respectful, professional and nice and always did what they said they were going to do. Having a company like this to work with made the misery of the situation a little more bearable. Thank you ServePro and especially Chad Majors!!!

I had posted a review before but now that work has started back on my house again after a long hiatus due to a insurance issue I need to update it. My pipe burst and causes some pretty heavy damage to my house. Sadly, I chose a horrible company to do the mitigation. They did not complete the work fully and lacked communication. Threatened to take me to the magistrate because of a insurance dispute that was not my fault. I just discovered that they left soggy and spongy floor in the corner of my bathroom, why they would leave that I have no idea. They also left a exposed live wire hanging when they did the work and did not tell anybody about it. And sadly they left garbage for my contractor to throw away that I got charged for.
