We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at 3 different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Each crew when they arrived, evaluated the damage, explained the restoration process, and followed up each day to track progress. When the restoration process completed and we moved into the construction process, we chose the ServePro construction team to complete the work. The entire construction team, from estimator and adjustor to project manager to construction crew, all provided great customer service and quality work. The team communicated clearly each step of the process and got us on the schedule so repairs and construction could be completed by the holidays. We are so appreciative! Joseph and his three person crew were exceptional. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.
