Anthony Spencer and his team were timely, professional, communicated well, and efficient. We are just in the initial stages of addressing storm damage but after their initial visit for emergency mitigation, we feel in good hands with their team.
This has been a tough process. The people at Servpro were very nice but what I was told would be a 3-day job has taken a month to complete mostly because of no-call/no-show and then only sending one guy when heavy cabinets needed to be repositioned. It feels like pulling teeth to get this job over the finish line...I understand that they have been very busy but the lack of communication just hasn't been working for me. I finally assumed the job had been abandoned without being finished so I hired a carpenter to complete it...then I did get a call today to let me know they'll be coming back in a few days to finish. I'm really glad for that but the entire experience would prevent me from using them again and from recommending them to anyone. I also keep receiving an emailed invoice stating that now that my job is done, I owe payment. I'm more than happy to to get this bill paid...but not before they finish the job. EDIT TO ADD: Servpro, thank you for the response . I'm your customer so you guys know where to reach me if you'd like to discuss further. As it stands right now, I was told I need to wait another week before someone is available to finish the job. Keeping my fingers crossed that's what happens. EDIT TO ADD: The job was supposed to be finished today 8/8 and again no one showed up. I also got an email threatening collections if I don't pay asap. I can't get through to anyone that the job was never finished. I've emailed, called, texted, left google reviews...no response. Buyer beware, do not use Servpro for any reconstruction. It's been the worst experience.
ServPro arrived today and began salvaging or damaged home. Joe the supervisor was totally professional, very friendly and explained everything to us. Can’t wait till they come back again tomorrow. Eric Richardson did a very professional job estimating the construction. Very pleasant and I would recommend him any time.
