Very professional, very thorough, a pleasure to deal with! They worked with me on pricing (as I wasn't going through insurance), painstakingly hand-carried my son's Lego collection out of the wet area, kept me informed every step of the way, treated furniture with antimicrobial solution (twice!), took readings for moisture, remembered everything I asked them to do for me, cleaned everything up at the end. They were very responsive and just genuinely nice guys. I would DEFINITELY use them again -- although I hope I never have to!
