I'm incredibly thankful for DryDocs during my first experience with a flooded basement and highly recommend them! During what I know was a very busy week for them they were extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of and every single person I spoke to was so kind and friendly. Henry came out same-day and helped me understand the scope of my problem, document the damage, and put me in touch with a great plumber. Tommy and Eric did an amazing job cleaning up and drying out my basement and treated my house and my belongings like their own. Tommy checked in with me regularly throughout the multi-day drying process to make sure everything was going as it should and answered my many questions as they came up. While I wish my basement hadn't flooded in the first place, DryDocs made the aftermath so much more manageable than I ever could have imagined and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed in the future.
Sooooo thankful we called DryDocs!! Henry came out same day to evaluate the leak as it was coming in, and started meticulously documenting everything for insurance immediately - I didn’t realize how valuable this was until I had to deal with insurance later! He is truly a godsend. His crew, Tommy and Joey, did our remediation work, and they did a tremendous job. They were able to find the leak and address the interior damage in one day; everything was kept so clean, and they were so considerate of our space. Our family is so thankful for DryDocs. I hope we never have water incursion again, but if we do, we’re calling Henry immediately!
