They came out same day and helped me. I was upset and Tom helped talk to insurance co and with Mike removed the wet effected areas from the shower going upstairs leaking through my floors and ceiling on to my down stairs floors. My biggest concern was im a mom of 3 how am i going to live in the construction site, on a nasty concrete slab 2 dogs 1 cats caos, fam of 5 1 bathroom now, and holidays around the corner. If I wanted a remodel I would have not planed it for now. But Life happens. So Other then Waiting on my insurance to figure out thier end the team moved fast, dave and his crew communicated with me the whole time at any time. Alex worked so hard and did a beautiful job and the tile guy did beautiful work. Im so happy with the results and the less headach on everything. Products were from lomax, I picked out what I wanted for floor and tile it was reasonable price and stayed in my budget. I hope this never happens again but if I ever have an issue or know someone who does im sending them thier way. Nothing like taking the stress out of a major issue. It was a blessing in disguise and im so thankful they helped me in my time of need. Shout out to the team and crew. Thanks again. 😊 Also if your going through this, Be prepared to deal with fans for a few days they suck but it is necessary. Be prepared to live in caos, its a work in progress but there is light at the end of the tunnel. You're in good hands.

I recently had a leak in the office of a commercial property I own, a friend who happened to be with me at the time recommended 1 Stop , within 30 min I had techs on-site the areas were exposed and the fans were going. What could have been a very expensive problem for me turned into a quickly managed inconvenience. I was stunned by the responsiveness and the quality of their service. Tom is fantastic! I called and he came out the next morning to check out my dads house while he's in the hospital. His team started their work not even a week later. He has been very communicative, fast and has made this nothing but a smooth process! I've been going through a lot mentally and I'm very grateful I called 1 Stop because they truly saved me especially around the holidays this year. Thanks Tom and team!
