Following the most recent snowstorm, RCS sent someone over within a couple hours. Ken was experienced and kind. He communicated with me each day and kept accurate measurements of all the affected areas. The Injectidry machines were great and caused little additional damage to the walls. Ken wore disposable boot covers to keep my home clean, was careful with my belongings, and tidied up after moving any machinery. He even squeezed into a narrow area to get photos of damage for insurance purposes. I was impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Restoration Contracting Services is an incredible company. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was more knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional than any staff at the several other radon mitigation companies I contacted and scheduling was very good: we only waited a few days. Mike (aka Junior) was the technician sent to my job. He exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and a flexible thinker, which is really what you need for this kind of job. He spent a good amount of time helping me build a plan for air quality purification and monitoring. He was able to fine tune our existing system to have the radon level optimized. Cost was affordable, billing was convenient, and they made it easy for us. We are beyond grateful for his help and will definitely use this company any time for radon mitigation and restoration services. It’s so important to have qualified contractors working on your home and so many situations where human health can be impacted. This company does great work, and it is really important work and I am incredibly grateful to them.
