Guys I cannot say enough any this company and Matt Parra specifically! We moved into a home where it was obvious that the carpets had not been shampooed prior to them leaving and they had pets. We also have several cats and one of them was very sick so was having accidents all around. We opted to have all rooms and the staircase washed. Every stain was removed with care and even old furniture markings from the previous owners was removed!! We are so incredibly pleased with not only the service but the affordability of this service. Will definitely be using them again!! Matt took the time to understand our wishes and worked diligently all day to get it spotless!!

I had all the carpet in my house cleaned and areas that needed stretching I had stretched. Matt P. did an excellent job. The finished product reminded me what new carpet looked like. Great job Matt. I highly recommend Russ with OKSR! My bathroom flooded unexpectedly, and he was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the restoration process. Russ did an excellent job extracting the water and removing the carpet padding to prevent further damage. He worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers.
