Drew Anderson has assembled an unbelievable team. Our issue arose on a Saturday, Drew accompanied his team after Jeremy performed an initial assessment. Working together we patched together a thoughtful strategy to keep the mitigation and assessment as surgical as possible. They assessed extent of damage on all floors. Jonathan and Ashley then went to work implementing the plan. Jonathan was surgical with how and where drywall was cut. He accessed the most difficult hard to reach places. And then set up air deodorizers, heating elements, and applied a fungicide. On day 2 they met with our builder to run through next steps. No fans were placed until day 3 when after they scraped the mold and applied another application of fungicide to avoid spread of spores. On day 4 they came back, everything had dried, Jonathan annd Jamel applied coating and moved everything out. Everything was top notch. I cannot speak of them highly enough.
We had an awesome experience with Paul Davis! We had substantial water damage from a leak in our bathroom, so our remodel was unplanned and unexpected. Our project manager, Dave, was very involved and attentive. He checked in regularly and always made sure we had what we needed. The contractor, Mike, was very professional, polite and timely. He arrived every morning when he said he would if not earlier, and he did amazing work! We absolutely love our new bathroom! We will definitely utilize Paul Davis for future projects. My second bathroom and flooring of my bedroom were damaged from water coming down from the unit above me. The damaged was extensive and the situation was very stressful. Paul Davis was referred by my insurance company. Their crew came in talk with me and answered all my questions. It was important that the work would not take weeks to complete and it didn’t. It was also important to me that my bathroom and bedroom were back to where they were before the damage. And it was. Once they were able to find the replacement flooring, the word began, and it took less than a week. New drywall they match the paint to wear. It was the crown molding was back in. They were able to salvage my vanity, top and medicine cabinet, which were important to me. They were polite and professional. I was so pleased with the work they did. I decided to have my kitchen redone and I recommended them to a friend.
