We had an unexpected event happen at home that necessitated immediate remediation. Eli's Plumbing recommended Cleveland Water & Fire Restoration, our insurance company gave us the name of another preferred vendor. We called the preferred vendor first, and we were told they could not remediate right away, and could not give me a specific timeline on when real remediation could begin. I called CWFR, and someone answered the phone after hours and said he could send someone to assess the damage within the hour and have a crew start working on the house the same night. It was such a huge relief to have people knowledgeable working on our home right away. Jake was the first to come over and had the tools to properly assess what needed to be done. Roman and Jonathan came later in the evening to start the remediation process. They both stayed late to start the cleanup and set up everything for the next day. Roman and Jonathan came back, early the next morning, and they also brought Flavio and Ian to help. I found the whole crew to be respectful, detail oriented and hard working. Roman, who was the lead on the remediation project, was extremely communicative, empathetic to our issues, and was happy to answer any questions we had, and we asked a lot. They did a great job from start to finish and would highly recommend CWFR to anyone. I feel like our house is now safe and we are ready for their sister company, Kesselman Construction (the same company that happened to renovate 3 of our bathrooms a few years ago) to put everything back together.

my sump pump broke, and flooded my basement from a 20 minute rain storm. i was panicking, and my dad called cle fire & water to come out to help. Nick showed up the same day, very quickly. he was very nice, respectful, and helped mentally prepare me for what needed to be done. then, Roman, Ian, and Flavio came over to do all of the grunt work. Roman was very kind, considerate, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, i ended up speaking with him the most. i gave them a quick tour of the house, let them know i wished to work on my basement bedroom last, and i was extremely grateful for them accommodating that request. it’s been an emotionally taxing week. Roman, Ian, and Flavio got straight to work, right away, and answered any questions i had, too. i was honestly surprised and impressed with both their speed and efficiency. they helped get all of the mess cleaned up, and brought dehumidifiers and fans to help dry/air everything else out. i’m super appreciative of these guys coming out and helping handle this mess, and i appreciated them being so respectful and considerate of my home, because i’m a weirdo. highly recommend, and thank you so much again for all your hard work ♥️

A pipe burst and caused some water damage to ceiling. Cleveland Water and Fire Restoration was highly recommended by WyattWorks Plumbing and we can understand why. Amanda was our first point of contact who did a great job explaining what we can anticipate for repair service. Our contractors, Roman and Ian, were very professional in their service and demeanor. They had to remove a portion of the ceiling to ensure complete dryness. They explained every step, took great measures to ensure our furniture was protected while removing debris and cleaned everything before departure. Like WyattWorks, outstanding service from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. Phillip arrived today to check on the progress of water removal. I highly recommend this company.
