We had a water leak in our basement and called Icon Property Rescue. Dakota came out on a Friday night — Memorial Day weekend at that — and he was absolutely amazing. Let’s be honest… most people probably don’t want to spend their Friday night ripping out drywall, carpet, and padding, but Dakota showed up with such positive energy and an incredible attitude. You could genuinely tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping people during stressful situations. He was extremely thorough in explaining the entire process with the insurance claim and made sure we understood every next step, which immediately put us at ease. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate the work that was done tonight, but even more than that, we appreciate Dakota’s care, compassion, and overall approach. Icon Property Rescue should absolutely hold on to this guy — he’s a keeper!

We recently had an unexpected water leak and I can't say enough good things about Icon Property Rescue. From the very beginning, Clayton was incredibly kind, supportive, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was seeing and made sure I understood the process every step of the way. When it came time for the mitigation work, Boo and Tony were absolutely fantastic. They were polite, professional, efficient, and kept their work area clean throughout the entire project. Since I work from home, they also went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and minimize disruptions, which I greatly appreciated. The office staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Kim even assisted with tracking down a complicated missing insurance check, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. During a stressful situation, it was such a relief to work with a company full of genuinely pleasant and caring people. While I certainly hope I never have another leak or insurance claim, if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call Icon Property Rescue again. Highly recommend!

Icon has been great, start to finish. I called them when our basement flooded. They responded and scheduled me quickly. Dakota was my technician. He was friendly and professional.
