Stephen from Restoration 1 made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle. My husband and I both work from home, so having our basement flood was incredibly disruptive. Stephen understood how important it was for us to get our home back to normal as quickly as possible. We’re so grateful for Stephen’s hard work and dedication. If you need restoration services, I highly recommend asking for him!
After basement flooding of the home we had purchased, Stephen came out to help address and assess. I would also like to add that he did so after I got off of work, late in the evening. Although we had already removed all of the LVP flooring and were drying the basement out with fans and dehumidifiers on our own, he checked the walls and area for moisture, and gave us helpful information with regard to asbestos tile we found underneath, how to look for bacterial and mold issues, how best to remove partial drywall, etc. He also supplied us with contact info for contractors to help us where needed (asbestos tile removal, waterproofing, etc). While in the end we had no direct need for any of his services, he was of great assistance and I would recommend him and his company to anyone in need of restoration services. I wish we could have found a way to utilize him and his services. It’s hard to find such a trustworthy individual and company these days!!
