Restorerz Emergency ServicesSmoke Damage Restoration in Hilliard, OH

I recently had the pleasure of working with Restorerz, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their amazing service! We experienced a burst pipe in our kitchen that caused major water damage to our home. Thankfully, we found Restorerz! A gentleman by the name of Javier came out to inspect our property and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands. Javier was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He and his team quickly got to work extracting all the standing water and preventing further damage to our home. What really stood out to me was how Javier went above and beyond. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he also guided us through the insurance claim process, helped us communicate with our adjuster, and assisted us in getting our damages covered. What started as a very stressful situation turned into a much smoother experience thanks to Javier and the entire Restorerz team. I truly appreciate their hard work, honesty, and dedication. I would absolutely recommend Restorerz to anyone dealing with water damage. Thank you, Javier and the entire team, for taking such great care of us

I recently experienced a major water loss on the second floor of my home that caused extensive damage to the first floor and basement as well. Our walls and flooring were affected, and the entire situation was extremely stressful. It’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. If you ever find yourself in a situation like this, I highly recommend calling Restorerz! Before finding Restorerz, I contacted several other restoration companies, but all I got was the runaround. After doing some research, we came across Restorerz, and I’m so glad we did. They answered our call right away and had a project manager at our property in less than 30 minutes to assess the damage. What impressed me the most was their communication, professionalism, and daily updates. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, explained what needed to be done, and made sure we understood every step. Their team was respectful, hardworking, organized, and incredibly efficient. I understand that not everyone will have the same experience, but I can honestly say that ours was excellent. Water damage mitigation isn’t cheap, and the final cost was definitely an investment. However, after seeing the amount of work involved, the equipment they used, and how well-organized the entire operation was, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. Restorerz turned an overwhelming situation into a much more manageable experience. I’m truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. I would absolutely recommend Restorerz to my family, friends, and anyone dealing with water damage. Thank you to the entire Restorerz team for a job well done!
