I am not someone who exaggerates. I've never wanted a goldstar I didn't earn. That said, I AM a believer in goldstars and a very big believer in applauding genuinely remarkable, exemplary - even singular - people. And in spotlighting extraordinary human feats. Particularly in a world where so much that's done is done to minimum standards--with little investment or presence, much less joy. These guys from Pine Ridge, from the courtesy call to the farewell, were simply the best crew I've ever (so far as I can remember) met. An honest-to-goodness pleasure, but beyond that unexpected detail, informative, helpful, conscientious. Really? You name it. If it's what one wants in a crew assessing your 'awful situation' in need of ... something............. They were likely that, too. I couldn't have been more impressed with Pine Ridge than I was. They are absolutely topshelf; and I know, for me, they are the company I will call.

The crew was so kind so hard-working I feel like they've all become friends The quality of the craftsmanship is awesome from painting to replacing floors, countertops, kitchen cabinets, all of it. This is the second exceptional experience I have had engaging Pine Ridge. In this most recent case, we hired Pine Ridge Restoration to rebuild my father in law's family home after a tragic fire destroyed the second floor, and we truly could not have asked for a better partner through such a difficult experience. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and organized. They handled all engagement with the insurance company, keeping meticulous records and consistently following up to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of diligence made a stressful situation much more manageable for our family. The scope of the project was extensive. Pine Ridge completed a full top to bottom restoration, including a new roof and windows, a complete rebuild of the second floor down to the studs, and thorough cleaning, sealing, and painting of the first floor, garage, and basement. They also managed vent cleaning along with electrical and plumbing upgrades. Every phase was executed with care and attention to detail. While the project ultimately took about a year, due to delays on the insurance side, Pine Ridge remained proactive and pushed the work forward to completion without losing momentum. Their consistency and commitment never wavered. Simply put, they are top notch professionals. We are grateful for their expertise, communication, and dedication in helping us restore the home.
