I worked with Alana, Rob Rhett, Tom and Vince from Pine Ridge Restoration to have my entire basement restored due to a sewage water backup. The mitigation team was extremely quick (came out the next day) to respond in getting the damaged area's isolated, cleaned and sanitized while removing carpet and drywall that was impacted. I had new carpet put in, drywall put up and the entire basement repainted including the ceilings and trim. The quality of work was phenomenal and the entire downstairs looks better now then it ever did.
I am not someone who exaggerates. I've never wanted a goldstar I didn't earn. That said, I AM a believer in goldstars and a very big believer in applauding genuinely remarkable, exemplary - even singular - people. And in spotlighting extraordinary human feats. Particularly in a world where so much that's done is done to minimum standards--with little investment or presence, much less joy. These guys from Pine Ridge, from the courtesy call to the farewell, were simply the best crew I've ever (so far as I can remember) met. An honest-to-goodness pleasure, but beyond that unexpected detail, informative, helpful, conscientious. Really? You name it. If it's what one wants in a crew assessing your 'awful situation' in need of ... something............. They were likely that, too. I couldn't have been more impressed with Pine Ridge than I was. They are absolutely topshelf; and I know, for me, they are the company I will call.
Pine Ridge Restoration was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning, customer service was excellent. If I made a call into the office, Christie would always answer you never were sent to an automated phone call. The crew was so kind so hard-working I feel like they've all become friends The quality of the craftsmanship is awesome from painting to replacing floors, countertops, kitchen cabinets, all of it. I am so pleased it feels like I have a brand new house.. Thank you so much, Tom the project manager and everyone that took care of my home. You made it a very comfortable homie place to be..
