Mike and his team have been super supportive throughout the process after our basement got flooded back in April. We really appreciated Quana helping to answer our questions when we called and in email and has been very kind. They've all have been highly active and walked us through the whole process from mitigation to repair. They were very patient while our insurance passed us through the usual claims process and did a great job of mitigating and repairing our basement back in original order. During the major August storms in Columbus, my property flooded with three feet of water. Waymakers Restoration is amazing! Seriously, we have been so impressed! So conscientious, kind, professional, polite, respectful…I could go on and on. I’m so glad we could use this company for this experience…an hour of water being dumped into our finished basement due a faulty sump pump & backup system. They created a calming effect over the entire process 🤍 I would highly recommend Waymakers Restoration (and do) if you have a water issue like this, or fire or mold, etc. It’s been one of the best experiences in an unfortunate situation. And the owner is a woman who is very giving!
