Jesse and his crew - Vinny and Dylan were great! They did a quick and efficient job clearing out our basement. It was a big job and they made it easy and Jesse was an excellent communicator with myself and the insurance company. I cannot say enough, good things about my experience with RestoPros East Cleveland. I recently had to go through a sewage cleanup and full restoration and everyone involved made an extremely stressful situation so much easier to handle. In the beginning, I didn’t even know what I was dealing with. Jesse quickly determined the problem and made arrangements to start the remediation work. He has been very supportive and reassuring, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the process to me. He has also been incredibly helpful in guiding me through decisions, since I ultimately decided to refloor and repaint the entire house (which they will be doing). Having someone knowledgeable and patient has made a big difference. Dillon and Vinnie handled the sewage remediation (which was pretty gross) and removal of all of the flooring and trim in the house. They are extremely hardworking, thorough, and clearly committed to doing the job right. They paid attention to every detail and approached the work with a level of care that really stands out. They were also consistently thoughtful and mindful with how they handled my belongings, taking care with everything in my home and never treating anything as insignificant. That kind of diligence and consideration made a difficult situation feel much more manageable. On top of all of that, everyone has been genuinely friendly and a comfort to have around. I really enjoyed all of our conversations and getting to know them, which says a lot about the kind of people they are. Overall, I’m very grateful for everyone’s professionalism, dedication and kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with this situation. I’m looking forward to the rebuild phase and will post again on that part.
