Sam and his team did an incredible job making sure our basement was cleaned, sanitized, and restored to BETTER than the original. The only thing I will say is that it did take a little longer than anticipated, but that was due to alot of factors out of his control so still a FIVE STAR service. He was great to work with financially and communicated the entire process to us in terms we were able to understand. He made sure everything was clear and transparent throughout the whole process. Knowledge, expertise, and overall generally great guy to work with during this tragic (first time, first home) flood repair. Definitely give the company a call if you ever need repair and restoration services.
I can not express how grateful I am for A Touch of Anne! A great company ran by a great Man! They came in behind a guy who tore my bathroom completely apart and did a horrible job and ran off with my money. I was in bad place. My bathroom was in a bad place. I was having company fly in from out of state and my bathroom was in shambles. A Touch of Anne came in and fixed everything that was done wrong and finished the job in a weeks time! Very professional very prompt! I will definitely be calling for other jobs in my home and highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs!
I had been sick with a cold and the flu and knew I needed my house thoroughly disinfected. Anne came out and did an amazing job. She cleaned everything from ceiling to floor. I have a two-bathroom ranch, and she cleaned every room—including the family room in the basement and the basement bathroom. She even wiped down the washer and dryer in the laundry room. She took her time and made everything shine. Even my old wooden dinette table in the kitchen was shining! If you want your home cleaned the right way and with care, call Anne. I definitely plan to use her again for semiannual deep cleanings. It’s a luxury service I’m absolutely willing to pay for.
