SERVPRO of Beachwood and Cleveland NortheastSmoke Damage Restoration in Bedford Heights, OH

The incident occurred on 3-31-26 during a severe storm in Cleveland, Ohio,with winds in excess of 70 mph. When I arrived home, I discovered that it was raining in my kitchen and inside my kitchen cabinets. The next morning, I discovered that the floor on the exterior back porch, which is above the kitchen had blown off during the storm. I took pictures and videos of the damage and took them to my insurance company on 4-1-26. They instructed me to call the claims department and call Servpro. A person from Servpro came the same day and took pictures and someone else came to put a tarp on the back porch. That evening I received a call from Servpro, which made me very uncomfortable. He talked so fast and was very pushy, told me I don’t have to be bothered with my insurance company, they could tear out my kitchen, fix everything, fix my porch, etc. It didn’t sound right to me because the insurance adjuster hadn’t even been to my home yet. I told him no, I needed to wait for the adjuster. The next day, it rained again and continued to rain inside my house. The tarp has been completely ineffective. I have called Servopro repeatedly and they have done to stop it from raining in my kitchen. My last call to them was on 5-4-26. I spoke with Sharon, who transferred me to Jim. I got his voicemail. Sharon stated that someone would call me back and that there was a note in the system, saying that it was still raining in my kitchen. I’m still waiting on a call back, which had yet to happen. I received a bill from Servpro for $1029.33 for the tarp, which has NEVER stopped it from raining in my kitchen. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General’s office to register my complaint. Why would I pay you for something that was totally ineffective and you have made no attempts to rectify the situation?! A very dissatisfied customer! I would never recommend your company to anyone!

The toilet tank in my half bath over flowed overnight and caused flooding in my lowerlevel and it flooded on New Years day. My insurance sent out ServPro, Beachwood location and they have done an AMAZING job so far. Very fast and efficient. Plus they are super nice and explained everything to me in a way I completely understand. They have definitely made this processes very easy for me thus far. Thank you so much

Can I just say, this was one of my best service experiences working with a group of professionals!!!! They sure know what they are doing!!! I had a huge water leak through my ceiling, and water went through two walls of my hallway, my floor (hardwood) and went straight down to my downstairs neighbor. It leaked for three days while I was out of town, and it came from my upstairs neighbors broken washer. So, ServicePro has been a godsend. They were able to come in the next day after I called them, and on the same day they were able to come up with a project plan and set up the whole equipments. Then the project manager, Jeff, came over every single day to check on the progress and readjust the placement of equipments. I couldn’t be more thankful. They are flexible and professional. They use all the best equipments. The dehumidifier sucked out 105 gallons of water in total. The entire process took 7 days 24/7. Now I don’t need to replace any of my dry walls. I only need to find someone to repair the surface and paint over everything. No demoing or anything. No concern for mold formation. They stabilized it very well!!!
