Jake and his team are true professionals — This is the team you want when it hits the fan. From the initial assessment and mitigation to navigating the insurance process and completing the restoration work, Jake makes sure you fully understand every step. He takes the time to check in regularly, answers questions any time, and ensures you feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Discovering water damage in your home can be incredibly stressful. Jake and his team do an amazing job of reducing that anxiety. They move quickly to handle the mitigation and make sure everything is done properly, while the restoration work is completed with incredible attention to detail. The entire team was prompt, skilled, and extremely respectful of our time and home. They walked us through every step of the process so that life could continue as smoothly as possible while the restoration was underway. Five stars is not enough for this company! I hired them after discovering a nightmare construction defect, and they completely saved the day. From the very beginning, Jake went above and beyond by meticulously documenting all the evidence of the defect, which was incredibly helpful. He didn't just handle the remediation and repairs; he worked with me every single step of the way. His communication was flawless, clearly explaining each part of the process so I never felt left in the dark. It is so rare to find a contractor who genuinely cares, but he consistently checked in to make sure I was completely pleased with the progress and the final results. He takes an immense amount of pride in his work, and it truly shows in the flawless quality of the repairs. I cannot say enough good things or recommend this company highly enough. Since he is also a general contractor, we have already decided he will be our go-to professional for all of our future home improvement projects.
