He was very thorough in his investigation and explained things that had happened. I truly appreciated him explaining the process of what we could expect to complete the job. I had an amazing experience with Will from 24 Hour Flood Pros of Las Vegas. From the very beginning he was extremely responsive and communicative — which I really appreciated. He kept me updated the entire time, and was even open to calling me and video chatting with me while he was doing the inspection so I could see everything in real time.

Thank God for Will! Our water softener pipe overflowed clean water drainage into our upstairs laundry room. My husband and I wiped up the water and didn’t realize how extensive the flooding was until bedtime! It was after 10 when I went into my bedroom closet and felt the wet carpet. The water had leaked into the next room! My husband grabbed box fans while we worked to blot the water with towels. We were beside ourselves because this is our brand new house that we just moved into, and not even fully unpacked while our upstairs started flooding. Very afraid of mold and water damage, I searched to see if there was 24 hours guidance and I found 24 Hr Flood Pros. Their customer service literally began at the first “hello.” They were so kind and responsive. They took our address and said they’d send someone out. Right away I got a call from Will who said he was 30 minutes away. He was so professional and calming as he used his instruments to measure the water in the walls. He explained the process and what the numbers meant. He also documented and took picture of the numbers for future comparison. His responsiveness and demeanor were so reassuring to our frayed nerves. He put a plan in place and then he set up time to come back this morning to check the fans, moisture levels with metered readings, WOW. We are so happy! The closet is carpet is almost 100% dry! You don’t know what you don’t know. If you have ANY concerns or water flooding CALL this company! I can only tell you our experience with customer service on the phone and with Will, but we are so happy and grateful for this experience. They will be THE experts I recommend to anyone dealing with flood, water or mold concerns. I cannot express how blessed we feel, and I 1000% recommend this company! 🙏
