CRDN staff did a fantastic job with the whole process, from packing our items securely, storing, and returning. Everything was packed very well and sturdy, and nothing was found broken when we unpacked. They kept in contact regularly while we had our home repaired for coordinating the return delivery. Their office manager Cathy is one of the most caring staff of any company we’ve ever worked with! Be sure to use CRDN if you have to have your belongings in storage!

Our insurance company recommended crdn after we had a house fire. We blindly use them as we needed our house emptied and were in distress. One by one every instruction that they were given about our personal belongings was ignored. Are bedroom received absolutely no fire damage and we had a $5,000 mattress which I instructed them from day one that they were not to dispose of because we were keeping it and it was protected under a mattress protector. Came in a week later to find my mattress without its cover in a dumpster filled with Ash and debris. When I reached out to them they had their lawyer send me a letter letting me know that when I signed up to get their help that I had absolutely no rights in anything they did. Now here we are the end of the house fire preparing to move back into our home and even though where they were instructed to not throw away our $10,000 commercial oven and are high-end kitchen appliances that we knew our insurance would deppreciate away and not give us money for replacing and they were supposed to store and now we find out all of our appliances have been thrown away. Literally everything of value we had in our home was disposed of And we will not be able to afford to buy it new as Insurance depreciates what you have and gives you so much less. We also had a three-tiered beautiful long 8ft display cabinet which I also said from day one was not to be disposed of that I would refinish it if necessary and they threw away the top third of the cabinet rendering it useless. They lost many of our clothing items including my husband's wedding coat. I literally wish I had never heard the name of this company or never gotten involved with them I have many missing clothing items that were not in the part of the house with the fire and I feel like they just come in and throw away everything. Worst experience ever moving back into a home with no appliances and no money left. It's also obvious he's paying money to have negative reviews removed. There's literally a support group on Facebook for people who have lost everything due to their throw everything away a policies

Their staff completed the inspection in a timely manner, maintained professionalism throughout, and delivered a detailed remediation report so we could send it to a different claims office. Working with them was seamless--would definitely do it again.
