In general, I was happy with the water mitigation and repair work. Kustom was communicative and attempted to work with my schedule. Stefan even helped me figure out which light bulbs to buy while i was out of town! On the negative side, there was some miscommunication which can happen when there are several pieces to the puzzle - water mitigation, repairs, painters, etc. These details were discussed with Kustom and generally remedied as they came up, but it did lead to some frustration on my end. However, I would still recommend their services!

This is a very honest and dependable company. The rep that came out did a great job. His report and findings were spot on. He could have chosen to make a bogus report and charged a lot of money but chose to be honest and not make any money with a clean report. I would highly recommend this company for all your needs in this area.
