I called Franco restorations after a quick search online one morning before the sun came up because we had a leak and I didn’t know what to do. They came out that day and began the process of helping us dry out. Very good communication (Emmanuel was awesome) and the only reason the restoration took long is because of our insurance. They worked with us and insurance and made sure we were happy. They worked in the exact time frame that they quoted us. We were very impressed.

Franco did an excellent job replacing our engineered hardwood floors, ceiling and bathroom tiles due to water damage!!! From the initial assessment, to the drying process and the replacement they were professional and provided complete and trustworthy answers to our questions. Manny was pleasant to work with and took the time to talk us through all our concerns and the billing. We would definitely recommend Franco to others.
