I can't say enough wonderful things about 1-800 Water Damage of Raleigh. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and excellent to work with. Ben is a genuine expert and a great dude. He remediated our issue in a timely manner, explaining things patiently to me along the way. There were no surprises regarding process or pricing and they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. If you're reading this, you probably have water damage. Stop researching and call these guys. You'll be glad you did. Strongly, strongly recommend.
This is the second time we’ve used 1-800 Water Damage, and once again they exceeded our expectations. They responded incredibly quickly, communicated with us every step of the way, and were reliable from start to finish. Their team was thorough in everything they did to make sure our home was properly dried out and prepared for the repair process. Dealing with water damage is stressful, but they made the entire process so much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Red Howard was a absolutely wonderful person to show up at the end of the day, after we discovered that our basement sump pump had failed and we had nearly a foot of water in our basement in our 100 year old home in our neighborhood of known historically as Cameron Park (Forest Park) adjacent to the NCSU Campus. Red was friendly, kind and professional providing options for restoration of the water damage and going back out to his warehouse to retrieve a portable sump pump and hose, then returning to our home at 7:00 PM to set up and start pumping out the water. The pumping/removal of the water took all night long. This was an amazing experience because the plumber from Newcomb and Company could not provide a repair to the failed pump until the water was completely removed. Red Howard was an amazing professional and a great person to provide this service on short notice from the plumber and to make time into the night to fix this water issue. We highly recommend this company and its owner Red Howard. He also provided additional services and support beyond the expected by coming back late into the evening to make sure water was pumped out and would not accept payment for his above and beyond.
