I came home late one night to my home in Charlotte to find my bathroom, bedroom and kitchen den flooded with water that had been leaking from underneath a sink for hours. 247 AquaDry responded quickly and had a crew there in under an hour to remove all the water they could. Over the next couple of days they set up a massive amount of fans and dehumidifiers and pumped warm air into our crawl space. Lots of insulation, flooring and drywall had to be removed and they left things as neat and clean as possible. The whole water damage clean up team was great. Conner was especially amazing with documenting all of the damage, managing the mitigation process and keeping us informed. Our insurance adjuster thought they did a really nice job compared with other companies she has worked with. Our experience was so good that we will likely work with them for all of the needed repairs too.
If you ever experience water intrusion, you know how unsettling it is. After the recent ice storm, I literally heard water running down my walls from the main level into the basement. It was overwhelming. I am a realtor with NextHome Authority and have assisted many clients with this type issue but never experienced myself! I called Aqua Dry and they responded and were at my house in less than 12 hours from my initial call. That level of urgency matters in situations like this. Chris, Dan, and their entire team were phenomenal. Professional! Dependable! They showed up exactly when they said they would and communicated clearly every step of the way. They were also extremely careful to protect furnishings, flooring, and unaffected areas of the home, which I truly appreciated. They handled a stressful situation with competence and confidence—and that makes all the difference. I absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of water remediation. When it comes to protecting your home, you want a team that moves fast and does it right. Aqua Dry delivered!! Forever grateful🤗
Well I had a fire at my house in ResiHomes .. his company responded within an hour to assess what needed to be removed...
