Phantom Restoration was great to work with! Very professional and easy to communicate with. They were quick to respond - came out the same afternoon I called to look at leak damage and were there the next morning to set up everything for the drying process. They kept us in the loop and informed the whole time and made the whole process as easy as possible!
I’ve never had to use a restoration company before. But am so grateful I used Phantom Restoration! I had to deal with a broken hot water pipe located behind the walls down into the slab. Phantom was quick to respond with people and all the appropriate equipment to begin remediation. Their demo crew was incredible! They didn’t cause additional damage as they need to remove recently remodeled bathrooms down to the slab and studs. They were methodical to take dryness tests until my rooms passed the testing. Team was very professional, took care to protect my home as they removed the water damaged flooring and surrounding areas. Reliable, when they said what time the team would be here to check on the progress, they were on time. Answered all my questions and easier my mind if I was unsure of the process.
