This company is a scam. They assured me the job would be completed from destruction to repair but instead started the remediation, never finished, and then collected a check from my home insurance. I still had to sign the check also, but I was not going to sign it until they finish the job so the manager called me and assured me that if I signed it, he would get back to me with who was going to finish the job and an estimate. That never happened. Over three weeks ago and I still have heard from nobody again. Initially dealt with Anthony then his boss. Literally left the job like this. Website and other reviews also claim that they see the work ALL the way through.
I’ve never had to use a restoration company before. But am so grateful I used Phantom Restoration! I had to deal with a broken hot water pipe located behind the walls down into the slab. Phantom was quick to respond with people and all the appropriate equipment to begin remediation. Their demo crew was incredible! They didn’t cause additional damage as they need to remove recently remodeled bathrooms down to the slab and studs. They were methodical to take dryness tests until my rooms passed the testing. Their people are the best! If you ever need assistance due to an emergency in your home, call Phantom Restoration. You’ll be glad you did!
This company has been amazing! I would recommend to anyone. They were super supportive and kind during the process of restoration after my broke under my bathroom. Explained all the steps well and sisters with my insurance claim. I’m grateful for each person on the team!!
