One of our stores experienced a major flood due to a sprinkler riser pipe rupturing and pouring thousands of gallons of water into our 20,000 sq ft. location. Servpro responded within a couple hours of my request for service. Their response was rapid, well organized, and thorough. This was a huge disaster and Servpro came prepared to help us recover as quickly as possible. The two leads, Caleb Parrish and Jose Arvizu, were outstanding. They provided an action plan at the beginning of each day. At the end of each day, a daily progress report was provided as well. They kept their team on track and, within a week, had the entire store cleaned. This was no small undertaking. The amount of damage was catastrophic and Servpro was there for us. I appreciate their hard work and commitment to getting the store cleaned up as quickly as possible. I will not hesitate to call them with any other disaster recovery needs.
ServPro was a joy to work with. They were always on time for all appointments. They keep all schedules as far as estimates and work. They cleaned everything from carpets to the pulpit at our church, even our upholstered pews. They were thorough and demonstrated the best in customer service.
