After having 6 inches of sewer backup in my basement, the insurance company called Rainbow to assess the situation. Chris came out and gave insurance the amount it would take for them to clean up. Long story short, insurance ended up paying me and telling me to hire our as I pleased so I had three different companies come out and give me a bid and found Rainbow to actually be the cheapest by far. I called Chris back a week or more later and asked if he would still honor that price and he happily came back and told me the things we could do that would save me even more money. After everything, the price was a third of what everyone else wanted, the job was done top notch and I am SOOO happy I decided, even admidst the craziness, to go with them because they did AMAZING!
I would recommend Rainbow Restoration for water removal. I had a break from my water line on the refrigerator that went through the tile and to the basement ceiling. Aaron and his team was polite and thorough they got the job done. Communication was great too! Highly recommend
