Jonah and Dave came out the day After I called about our sewer backing up from a clogged pipe. They looked at the water damage of the walls and carpet and we were able to get the drywall and carpet removed and treated. Der’Ruan & Mark Did a fantastic job of all the removal of the damaged drywall and carpet as well as setting up the dehumidifiers. They were very polite and extremely efficient at their job. Now we are in the middle of figuring out how to put everything back together.
My basement flooded due to a frozen pipe while I was out of town. I contacted Standard Restoration at 930 in the morning, and they had a full crew at my house within the hour. These gentlemen were amazing, efficient, precise and friendly. They removed all the soaked personal items, carpet and drywall in no time at all. The machines they set up to dry and dehumidify my basement worked perfectly. They returned a couple of times to check moisture levels and only removed their equipment when the readings were good. Shout out to Mark, Der'ron, Nick, Jordan, Jmorie and Jonah. If you ever need water mitigation, I highly recommend Standard Restoration!!!!!!
In the last four months, we had a flooded basement and just this week a lightning strike that caused small fires and severe damage. I used standard restoration the first time for my flooded basement and they were extremely professional and responded quickly. I live an hour and a half away from their base and they still made it out here in a timely manner. With the lightning strike this week, David Taylor and his team showed up. He reassured me that he would walk through the entire process and hand and hand with the insurance company to make sure we were completely taken care of. I wish the insurance in contracting portion went as smoothly as the restoration did. Highly recommend.
