Needed a mold inspection in my attic and John was referred to me. He responded quickly and came out the next day! He was very thorough and explained my situation well. He even provided some do it yourself options! Highly recommend him if you are in need of restoration options.
We had a pipe issue in our basement that resulted in a small flood in the bar sink area. We removed all of the carpet and padding and ran a fan and dehumidifier, but we wanted to make sure we didn’t miss anything, so we reached out to Best Option Restoration over the weekend. The owner, John, was able to schedule us for an assessment right away. He arrived at our house on time and was very professional throughout the entire process. He checked our basement using a moisture meter and gave us the great news - that most areas of the basement were effectively dried and that only a small area needed additional drying. He also gave us detailed instructions on what to do next. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely professional, and we really appreciated his honest professional opinion. I’ve heard some companies may overcharge customers by doing more work than necessary, but not John. He was very honest and professional, and we truly appreciated his help and knowledge. I hope we won’t have the pipe issue again, but if we ever do, we now know who to call or who to recommend if our family, friends or neighbors need a reliable and honest company. I had been using an oil based plant spray that was marketed as a pet safe that we believe caused neurologic episodes in our 3lb dog. I was very upset and called Best Option Restoration to help get the toxin out of the house. I could smell it on all 3 levels of the house. John showed up quickly and really went all out to make sure our dog was safe. He even moved all of the plants out of the house and cleaned everything so well that I can't smell the spray anymore. He thought of everything, even curtains and things on the walls with overspray I initially missed. He was very understanding, friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again! John very likely saved our dog's life.
