We had an a/c line back up in one corner of the basement, and a few days later, we had water from an unknown source on the other end of the room. We used Rapid Dry several years ago for a major water backup and I decided to contact them for a second opinion. Sam came out the next day and immediately set my mind at ease. He listened, understood my concerns and was able to provide an estimate for both issues that was significantly less than the other outfit. David and Keean started the work the following day and set up dehumidifiers/fans, determined the source of the water leak, and were able to spare my floor in the process. After several days, Sam and David returned to measure the efficacy of the interventions and to collect the equipment. They went above and beyond in helping me prepare for the foundation work that will take place in the near future. To say I’m impressed with Rapid Dry and most especially, the expert staff, is an understatement. The best drying team in the business! Micheal, Keane, and Stan came quick and got right to work to fix our water damage in Ellisville! The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours. I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. After being out of town for a week, my husband and I came home on a Saturday evening and discovered that the water expansion tank had burst, and we had a flood in our basement.
