Rapid Dry did a phenomenal job with every aspect of the water mitigation process in my home. I had not one, but two water damage issues the same week, and Andy was actually the one who discovered the second issue while there addressing the first one. He worked with me while I was out of town to get both issues handled with as little damage to my home and belongings as possible. He and his team went above and beyond to help me in so many ways and to restore my home to even better shape than it was before the water damage. I’m beyond grateful and fully recommend them to anyone needing these type of services! Excellent communication and friendly, professional customer service was provided at every step of the process.
The best drying team in the business! Micheal, Keane, and Stan came quick and got right to work to fix our water damage in Ellisville! The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours. I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. I will be calling them back in case of any other emergency and referring them to everyone.
We had a really big mess on our hands when the ceiling collapsed all across the house after a bad storm. RapidDry came out and took care of it all! Removed all the damaged areas, sprayed to prevent anything gross from growing and prepared the entire house for the contractors to begin the rebuild! Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable! They even helped with understanding the process and keeping the insurance company actively involved in the repairs!
